We are going to have jello arms when we finish this No Cardio, Strength Training Workout for the Back and Arms. You will use a variety of Weights + Dumbbells to work every muscle in your back and your arms all while incorporating core exercises into every single exercise. I’m using 2, 5, 10, 12 and a 25 Dumbbell.

  4. Excellent set of weights!>>>ur2.pl/1182 I start with these for motivation, then I get on my BOWFLEX M3 MAX TRAINER! I can do cardio and strength in the same workout! I do a set of reps for three different muscles, then after I do a set for each of those muscles, I FEEL ENERGIZED TO HOP ON MY ELLIPTICAL (the M3) FOR 20 MINUTES, then I get off and do 2 more sets for those three different muscle groups, and I'm done!! Excellent equipment, just gotta keep doing it at least 5 times a week!

  7. Hi there! Great one Shelly. Quick question, what do you recommend, cardio before strength or after. Always been taught cardio before but recently reading and listening that it's more beneficial to do after strength. You look great so I'm asking you. Thanks for the great stuff you've got on you tube. Love love love it.

That's about the time I started doing YouTube workouts, the vast majority of which are yours. For my 50th birthday I did the strenuous-rated climb to Guadalupe Peak in TX and never got sore! I did not do this one today (though my wife will) but I just completed your kettle bell workout. No joke indeed. Loved it not only for the workout but also because it touched us personally.
