At Home Upper Body Resistance Band Workout (FOR MEN AND WOMEN)
For today’s home workout video I am taking you through a complete upper body workout where all you need is a resistance band. The first round of this workout should take about 4 minutes and you can then decide if you would like to do 2 or 3 rounds total.
