At Home Upper Body Resistance Band Workout (FOR MEN AND WOMEN)

For today’s home workout video I am taking you through a complete upper body workout where all you need is a resistance band. The first round of this workout should take about 4 minutes and you can then decide if you would like to do 2 or 3 rounds total. This workout can be done in the privacy of your own home or at the gym. Be sure to give this upper body workout a try and let me know how you like it in the comment section.
