  17. Really do appreciate the full range of technique as well as a warm-up and how to increase as you go. Most calisthenics videos are just ripped dudes doing typewriter after typewriter. For an average guy, that's just depressing to look at.

    This is really a good workout but still it is nothing infront of gym in which you lift weights. The body will get lean through these exercises but still it wont be in proper proportion , for eg.big arms small chest. Gym is still the best option.
