    Chest flyes dont work your arms. Its a chest isolation exersive. Lat pull downs focus mainly on your lats and upper back. Rows is also a back workout. You obviously dont know what youre doing girl.

  14. Love you Stella but these aren't arm workouts. The first one is a chest fly the second is a lot pull-down (back) and the third one is a swatted row also for the back. Great job! You are killing it 2018!! Check out some fitness magazines to get help with exercise names and routines😊

    Great job!! I do the rower for the legs but sometimes I alternate and do the leg press, they both hurt the hell out of my legs.

  36. I respect you for looking cute at the gym! I always go looking a hot mess and my hair has to be up in a bun because it ends up drenched and gross at the end. Lol keep up the good work, girly! 🙂

  37. Edit: This is my gym routine WHEN i go to the gym!!! If you’re a subscriber you know the regime i’ve been on just calls for light walking (not gym) until i’m a little further along. when i’m IN the gym, I LOVE this routine. it works for me. some exercises meant for chest work my arms. it WORKS for ME. just an update. i made the mistake of assuming everyone knew my path.

    Y'all.. I've been committed to this routine, when I'm at the gym, since 2013. It's great for me! Let me know if you would change anything or if I should try something new! I'm always looking to spice it up. The link to my complete workout is in the description. (:
