Exercise 1:
Wide Grip Lat Pull-Down Complex
4 sets of 10-12 reps

Superset 1:
Bent Over Rope Row
4 sets of 10-12 reps

Rope Face Pull to Lateral Straight Arm Pull-Down
4 sets of 10-12 reps

Exercise 2:
Bent Over Row to Fly
4 sets of 8-10 reps

    For the love of me I can’t not make my arms go that far back. Feels more like an arm workout but I know I just have to keep going and I’ll become stronger and better. It’s just real frustrating when I don’t feel like I’m working out what I intended to.

I went to the gym wednesday and did the wide grip lat pull-down complex and i swear Whitney, this guy was filming me and laughing at me and then he said, "that's a good 'FAIL', i have to show my friends, this is hilarious!" I felt like i should have said something now but i was just speechless :'( It's not because i am bigger that i am doing it wrong, and now i am kinda scared to go to the gym, not that i am not gonna go but i am scared he'll do it again, you know what i am saying? X
