    Thank you for a great video. You made me realize the importance of a push up! Since doing this workout, & I've done so many other work outs, my shoulders feel so much straighter & pulled back…after only 3 workouts!! It feels really awesome!!! Maybe I found my magic zone with 4 sets of 8 push ups with the rest periods in between. I am large chested so I tend to slouch my shoulders, as much as I try not to…I feel stronger in my upper body now without effort. I also realized my mind is alot more lazier than my body😋..You are quite right in your video♥️!much love!♥️♥️

    I actually tried this on my bed and it was great, except for the mermaid, I don't know if it was just me or if it was the bed that made so hard to balance, but I kept falling over! Other than that really enjoyed it!

  14. This is my favorite go to exercise when I'm sick or it's that time of the month. This doesn't get me all out of breath to where I start coughing and what not but I still feel like I get in a good workout, even when I break it up. 🙂
