  6. Hello! I have foot injure, so I csn't do back lunges, jumping jacks or any other exercises that make my foot…bend (I guess that is the right word). Will be great if you can suggest workout for such people as I. Thanks fot your short and effective workouts. I train only in the morning, if I can get up early πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€. So your workouts very helpful.
