    Hi Kelly, I've been using ur videos for 3 yrs now to workout and I love them. Can u make another total body strength workout without cardio. I love this one but a new one with some moves would be awesome!Thank you!

    Love the incorporation of multiple muscle groups per set. Focusing on coordination and balance for the exercises also adds an additional element. Heart was pumping the whole time and worked up a sweat. Thank you for the mix-up!

  15. Calories burn for video is 217-473. Can you break this down by levels? I'm a beginner with weights low as 5 and high as 15.

  16. I've done this workout way over 20 times and it's still my favorite (and I get bored easily). The title is true, haha!

    I know that the calorie meter said you burn 200 cals at least but I'm 163cm tall and weight 50kg, do you think that I burnt less or the same amount. Btw I followed the workout 100% and didn't modify anything, I got very very tired and I'm sweating a water fall (just so that you can get a better picture of how many calories I would have burned) whoever answers thank you so much your an amazing person for taking the time out of your day for working this out for me πŸ™‚ xx

  26. @FitnessBlender Hey guys, I really do love your workouts and I do them regularly! However, I was wondering whether you could possibly give some advice which workouts or foods mit be the best to stimulate the lymphatic system in your legs? Because I can't seem to get rid of my 'fatty' legs, even though I have a good diet and work out 3-4 times a week and get physiotherapy / drainage for my lymph system. It would be such a great help if you would know any good moves or foods! Thank you and hi from Belgium! Keep up the good work, you guys really rock! πŸ™‚

  33. This was exactly perfect! Thank you. Love the strength training, love the warm up and cool down included. I also love how you tell us the weight you're using as it's a good point of reference for me, but sometimes I have a hard time starting the workout on time because I'm still getting my weights adjusted, so if you could announce the weight you're using before the name of the workout, that would be very helpful to me. Thank you to the moon and back. At 46 years old, I'm down 30 pounds from where I was at 6 months ago and getting lots of positive feedback from family and friends, I wouldn't be here without you. I love to workout with you Kelli.
