I hate my body because friend says I have a "large muffin top and a flat butt" and my sister thinks I'm fat and I need to lose weight so I started working out and eating healthy like I'm "supposed" to (even more than I used too).I kid you not when I tell you I ate no sugar, low carb, and I barely ate much because I would drink SO much water so I can be full and not eat. I walked 10,000 plus steps daily and exercised for an hour. I just don't understand how having a few pounds (overweight) is unhealthy when I'm trying so hard to stay healthy! I'm not losing weight even though I try so hard and I feel so insecure… I genuinely don't know what to do and how to be happy with myself even though I'm ugly.

       At first I thought it's because they were just concerned about my health and want the best for me, but now I'm starting to realize they do(hopefully) but they don't make me FEEL as if it is what's best for me and it's so un motivating not being able to FEEL like they want me to be my best self. I'm SOOO terrified to talk to them; I think that whatever it is I say will make them look at me as if I'm weak and ugly. I feel weak and ugly. They're always giving me exercises to do and I just I'm through with all this health poop. 

    Sometimes I think I'm just a disgrace to my family because I get so insecure and fearful. Honestly my family low key hates me and I know it's a fact because we planned to go to Egypt in the summer so we can visit my grandparents but I refused to because I know that my aunts and uncles will think I've gained weight and gosh how disgusting of me to not look like a model. So everyone hated me because I ruined the trip over my "selfish reasons" . I didn't mean to wreck havoc in any way I mean I didn't wake up one morning and thought to myself wow I should totally be a anxious wreck around my relatives. 

    Anyways I probably sound like the pettiest human ever because who am I to complain when so many people are going through worse around the world right? If you made it this far Thank you  I REALLY appreciate it that you took the time to read this message sorry for any typos if you catch any.
