    this is my third day doing this workout I'm following it as per the fitness blender website where they said to do it 2 to 3 times a week so every Monday Wednesday and Friday. From what I can see it gets better I've been doing the video following along and don't take breaks. the first day killed me I never had a workout leave me so sweaty!! I'm 5'1' and 118 pounds but my healthy happy weight is around 108 cause I used to do track in high school. I will let you guys know how it goes!!!

    I'm online schooled and we're required 40 minutes of P.E. time and I think this is great. (our parents have to check if we're doing it that's how the teachers know)

  28. Second day doing it, have to get back into excersizing with them! I had to workout with the sore from yesterday plus the burn from doing it… This is crazy but I love it

  30. I'm 5'9 and I used to weight 208 I've been doing this for a week and I'm at 200.This is amazing.I want to weigh 160 wish me luck:)
