Team workouts are always fun! ; ) Welcome everyone to the first of my ASMR Workout series!!! I wanted to create a little routine to show you guys some of the things I do to stay in shape. I wanted to do a workout with you that wasn’t all drill sargent-ish but is still motivating , so hopefully I’ve achieved that and you all can get in a good sweat with me,. Or just use it to relax you, get your mind in a state of calm, focus. However you choose to enjoy it, I hope you enjoy it! ; )
