    I'm a female and I wanted to know if it's better to lift heavy for arms or light. I've heard people say if you don't want to be bulky lift light, and if you want to be bulky go heavy, what do you suggest?

    Thanks for another workout video, I did your "15 Min Shredding Ab and Arm Workout " after the "30 Min HIIT Workout for Fat Loss " today and I was struggling doing some of the triceps moves during the second round!!(and I usually don't struggle with any of your moves!!),so it was a great satisfying workout…I'm gonna try this one on my next upper body workout day…Thank you so much for all the amazing workouts:)

    is it ok if I switched up the amount of weight I used while doing this workout? I used anywhere between 10-20 lbs dumbells.. 10 for most of the tricep movements and 15-20 lbs for the biceps. I think my triceps need more work though lol 🙂 but thanks again for another great workout coach!!
