20 Low impact HIIT home workout. No equipment needed. (h20 plan workout 2)


Sub zero is the second workout in the H20 5 day workout plan. This workout plan is 100% low impact and just 20 minutes a day.

  1. This workouts  a touch more harder than yesterdays , some of the workouts took a little more time to master but they were great.. I really love when some of the workouts are somewhat challenging way to go TBP. I cant wait to see what tomorrow shall bring!
